CommandIT LLC provides tech support services including remote sessions and in-home visits. All services are provided as-is. We do not guarantee resolution of every issue but will apply our best professional effort.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of booking. Our flat rates are $80 for remote support and $90 for in-home visits. No additional charges without your approval.

Liability

CommandIT LLC is not liable for data loss, hardware failure, or consequential damages arising from our services. We strongly recommend backing up your data before any support session.
